Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester

We had 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean and comfy with lighting that was actually adequate. Nice walk in shower with bright lighting. You do have to be careful though going back and forth through the adjoining bedroom doors. If you don't prop them open with something, you will find that they lock behind you and you have to go out in the hall and enter the next room from the outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. And I liked the fact that if you had enough towels and didn't need your room cleaned, nobody came barging in. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughters stayed this past weekend and my 18 year old daughter purchased a soda from the front ... she immediately noticed they had charged her 103.00 for her soda and brought it to their attention. The guy who had ran her card assured her it would not post and would be corrected. Low and behold it posted today her and I have attempted to speak to the hotel regarding it and they are very stand off about it and keep saying basically it didnt happen.. her account says it did. This drained her account and they are less than helpful at all! My daughter asked to speak to a manager and spoke to a man and when i called i also asked to speak with a manager and the WOMEN that answered says she was.... UPDATE.. was told to call the hotel i have called numerous times never any managers or thr person cant help me. I was also told to send an email to the link provided which I did and nothing!!! Frustrating multi million dollar company has to steal 100 bucks off a 17 year old

I just got out of a barely luke warm shower in a second floor room at Worcester Hampton Inn and Suites. It is December and I was so cold I couldn’t even shave my legs, let alone soak in a tub like I had planned when checking in. No hot water apparently at 10 pm. Last time we were here around Thanksgiving there was no heat in the pool. Now I get to try to sleep on a worn out, saggy mattress while the people upstairs make noise (ahem) again. This place has been our go-to when visiting an aged relative in a nearby senior community, but it’s gone downhill. Not to mention they charged us $15 per day for parking for the first time ever in this corner of the city with tons of unoccupied space and the homeless vets hanging out near the parking lot. They should pay us for parking and making it look like something is actually going on in Worcester.
